Was quite close to EVE Fanfest, and Hopps made it easy to get to downtown.

A well-furnished, comfortable room with great amenities. Amazing shower. Really liked staying here.

Perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed and linens, kichenette was perfect and well equipped. Great shower! Very quiet.

Hyggeligt hotel. Rustik stil, der giver en afslappet og hyggelig atmosfære. Morgenmaden er enkel, men god. Der var nok mad selvom jeg først var der 30 min før lukketid. Selve værelset er også holdt i rustik hyggelig stil. Billederne snyder dog lidt og er tydeligvis taget med vidvinkel da værelset var mindre end forventet. Der er ikke meget gulvplads og den bliver hurtigt fyldt af kufferten/kufferter, da de må stå fremme pga. der ikke er skabe til at lægge sit tøj ind i. Der er dog bøjlestang til overtøj. Badeværelset har den lækreste regnsvejrsbruser med masser af varmt vand. Desværre er der ingen steder at lægge sine toiletsager. Ingen hylder. Gulvet i hele badeværelset bliver pladdervådt efter bad og der må lægges ekstra håndklæde på gulvet til at suge. Håndvasken er lille og kan kun have plads til håndsæbe og en tandbørste eller to. Det er lidt bøvlet, at der ikke er plads til at have en toilettaske stående på badeværelset eller et sted man kan lægge sit skiftetøj. Det hele må stå på en bænk i stuen. Der er roligt på hotellet. Ingen generende støjkilder (havde værelset væk fra hovedgaden). Den kombinerede ovn/mikroovn er kompleks og der er desværre ingen brugsanvisning. Ved kontakt til personale måtte hun også opgive, men sendte efterfølgende en vejledning til min e-mail. Beliggenheden var fin for mit vedkommende da jeg havde lejet bil. Der er gratis p-plads foran hotellet og på 6 dage oplevede jeg ikke, at jeg ikke kunne finde en plads.

I didn’t even stay in this hotel, hotel promised free shuttle from airport to the hotel they then said that they don’t offer this service after I had booked and paid Expedia couldn’t even help me didn’t get a refund as promised do you not stay here, Quick to take my money and now are ignoring my calls and messages

The hotel is tidy and the service is efficient. The kitchen is handy for a trip to Iceland in winter. It’s not in the central Reykjavík, but is walkable under a nice weather. And you can always arrange a hotel pickup from flybus, which is a common travelling setup in Iceland. However due to the appliances installed in the room, you can hear irregular loud sounds from those devices operating, with some noises from the rooms next to you and even upstairs.

check-in was slightly complicated as i hadn’t received my pin via email, so had to call reception. the room is very stylish and has great amenities. one thing i was troubled by was the cleanliness, particularly during a pandemic. the bed frame was dusty and featured an old piece of gum; indicating it hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

Excellent stay for one night, the studio was perfect, very cosy, clean and well equipped (there was even a dishwasher!). The only thing is that the hotel is a little bit far from the city center (like a 20 min walk). But for that price, I’d definitely come back again.

The rooms facilities are great, however, some instruction guides for the hob/oven etc would be good - we figured out the microwave but that was it. This hotel is self check-in, which seems to work well enough and there is a phone that you can use if you need help. Our initial problem was finding the hotel, there is a flag attached to a pole outside, but apart from that you could struggle to find the place. Our bus driver did not know where it was so when we arrived it took a while to figure out if we were in the right place - and there was no staff there to make sure. The hotel is perfect if you are looking for a comfortable self catering place to stay, and the views of the mountains are breath-taking, (if you can ignore the Michellin garage that you overlook). It is also worth noting that there are no facilities out-with the rooms, i.e. there is no bar or vending machines within the hotel.
