Easy to find in the car.. easy to check in even though there aren’t any staff to check you in it’s self check in.. room was modern clean and had everything we needed including big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was soooo comfy. Fresh towels daily and they leave milk etc out in case you run out. The breakfast was lovely lots to chose from and fresh coffee and bread. Can not fault this place at all I loved staying here

This property is very clean, very good heating and few buildings from here is the stop where all the tour companies stop and the buses for the the airport transfers ( 9 Ármúli ) I feel this is important information the property should have on their website. On Hotel.com website it says 24 hour checkin, 24 hour front desk and Laundry facilities. It is not 24 hour check in and no front desk on site. There is a phone to make a free phone call to front desk. When we enquired about the laundry the morning staff on site said there is no laundry. Checkin was painful and a hassle as we were supposed to have had a reference number and a PIN number to check in. Was never given one. The kitchenette in room a good addition but u need USB ports in the room. This is the new age. Every one uses USB ports to charge their phones and devices and do something about the pillows.

This hotel had everything that we needed. Free coffee every day, clean rooms, friendly staff -although they have everything automated so many times I didn’t see any employees present- the room had a full kitchen. The only thing they should add is how to use the appliances- we had to google which is no big deal and also I wish the bathroom had a shelf to put our bathroom stuff on. I will say; I accidentally booked this room-...I meant to book one Downtown but got confused by the street name. This was NOT an issue at all. This location had parking and was an 8-10 minute drive from everything we wanted and needed and gave us flexibility to drive outside of the city since they have parking. We wanted a hotel that served breakfast but we didn’t wake up in time for it anyway since it’s so dark in the winter and it’s more fun to try new places for breakfast. Overall it was warm, clean, quiet, functional and convenient.

Was nice rooms and seemed simple enough. Locating the hotel was difficult as there is no signage and there was rarely anyone on site in terms of a reception as had to mail the property via email to find out some things but their response was quick so can’t complain too much. Other than that was a great hotel.

Very nice hotel, very easy check in and very nice staff. The room was lovely and modern! we only stayed one night due to flight changes but wish we stayed more! Only thing is it’s a far walk from the centre, but overall happy!

I was very disappointed with this stay. I never usually write reviews but I feel it necessary to forewarn people who are thinking of considering this hotel. When we arrived we were unsure of where the property was because there was a lack of signage. We finally guessed where we thought it was and entered the building where there were no people. I walked over to the desk and found a self check in process on an iPad which I filled out. There were no staff and a lack of direction on what to do. I checked in successfully but we had no idea on where we were eligible to park so guessed it would be okay to park out front which is what we did. We went into our room, it was a lot smaller than I had booked. We paid for a king sized bed with an extra single bed with a separate kitchen area but we were issued with a queen size bed and a kitchen in the sleeping area. There were no storage facilities to put luggage away, there were no instructions on how to use the microwave, the shower flooded the whole bathroom, and the room was very unclean. I dropped something on the floor at one point and found it under the bed along with a thick layer of dust and dust balls! When I stood up, I was covered in dirt which isn’t reassuring to be staying in. The bed sheets were cheap and thin and worn. We only had one pillow each and the room was cold. We could only raise these concerns over Expedia messenger and didn’t receive a decent response.

There is no telephone number to keep contact nor website. The hotel staff is not flexible at all. I do not recommend it.

Every single detail is thoughtful. You really feel at home. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Reykjavík

We didnt actually stay here as thr building was not built,about a week before we got offered a different room in a closer area to the centre by the same company.We stayed in R105A,which was nice and central although ground floor was a bit noisey.Fab room and coffee and tea already there,good facilities for self catering and thr self check in was easy and hassle free.Would reccommend.

Beautiful apartment, great location, simple check in/out and good price for.the quality. Basic but essentials are provided
