Good place, a bit far from town

The hotel was very well presented, the rooms looked great with a fully functional kitchenette. Check in and check out after hours was easy. Only negative was the single duvets on a double bed. Bit weird

Beautiful, modern hotel in excellent location. We stayed in one of the smaller room, but the unit was equipped with a fridge and a miniature kitchen that included basic cookware and utensils. would definitely stay at this property again.

Every part of my stay at R13- Townhouse was perfect, very helpful staff and room was perfect thanks to all the staff for all there help when I wanted to extend my stay for a extra day, the young ladies (staff) where fantastic

We stayed for 3 nights whilst travelling around the area. The hotel room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The toiletries were lovely to use. It is key to note that this is an unmanned hotel which means that you check in using an iPad on arrival. If you are unsure of what to do you can use the phone on the desk to call for assistance. We had no problem at all using this service.

Unfortunately the place was not very clean, my towels had some else’s hair on it. Never saw anyone around except for one day that they ask us if we were late for check out but it was 2 days before our real check out. Location is far from the centre.

Loved this Hotel! will definitely stay again! The staff are really friendly, very helpful & extremely welcoming. The rooms are stylish & excellently equipped. Room was warm & inviting, bed was comfy & we had a Amazing Mountain view. The bathroom is so nice & the kitchen is great, plus there’s a dishwasher!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! *****

It was amazing, very pleasant stay. Beautiful room, lovely and helpful staff.

Really nice place. Check in was good and quick. Room available early as well. Friendly staff. I did not have breakfast so cannot review but otherwise amazing.

Rarely saw staff apart from when they were checking rooms in the halls. The kitchen in the room was adequate but could have done with a bit more space. it did start feeling a little claustrophobic after some time. All in all though the property is fantastic and I would definitely recommend
