Unbelievably great service and attention to detail. Amazing property. Not very walkable if that’s what you are looking for, so you will be riding a lot in golf carts instead but they are very quick to pick you up and take you all over the resort. The spa and gym are amazing and the beach is beautiful. The villas are beautiful also and the food is great.

My husband and I just spent 6 nights at O&O Mandarina for our 20th anniversary & it was incredible!! We stayed in Panoramic Treehouse #309 & it had amazing views. Our hosts, Angelita & Rodolpho, took care of our every need during our stay. We miss their kind & smiling faces already!! The whole staff was just amazing which made it so perfect!! From the cart drivers, cleaning service, room service, bartenders, spa service, dining service, to the seamless check out, it could NOT have been better. We are grateful for their impeccable service & kindness. The property was absolutely gorgeous with jungle as well as ocean views. Plan your visit now if you're looking for a private, peaceful & stunningly beautiful place to vacation!! Shout out to Sergio for taking such good care of us at the adult pool & to the in-house doctor that helped my husband with his stomach issues. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

This place was amazing! The property itself is beautiful. Everything is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers and every place seems to have this gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff is extremely nice and the service was fantastic! Everyone was very attentive, always smiling and really gave the impression that they loved being there.
