We loved the location.

We were disappointed the bartenders offered us a menu with drinks from their summer menu and were not able to make because some or most of the ingredients were seasonal.

Beautiful property perfectly located in Asbury Park for enjoying beach, boardwalk, and restaurants and venues. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff.

Parking is either a very high valet fee or paid street parking, which is fairly easy to find and much less expensive than valet, but required renewal daily.

The Pros: I had a spectacular view of the ocean. The cons: Amenities- choices for food and drink were extremely limited, with nothing at all available on Sunday. There is no fitness center, despite advertising on their website that there is one. The biggest disappointment is that the windows don't open. I booked an oceanfront hotel so that I could open the window and let the sound of the waves lull me to sleep.
