Very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Quiet. Plenty of milk for tea making.

It was a bit hot in the room and we couldn't get the air con working. Everything else was fine.

easy check in. nice room, good aircon. very comfy bed.. Slept excellently. the TV was brilliant and big.

minor problem.The sink plug was broken. Easy fix though The buffet was ok- the fried eggs look horrible and inedible. when they get that old, they should be replaced with fresh. I probably wont be taking the breakfast next time.
