In your narrative, you stated that if the stay was a special occasion, i should let you know. When booking the accommodation, I booked 3 rooms. I explained that it was a hen weekend and asked if you could make one of the rooms a bit special for the hen. This wasn't done and when asked at reception why this wasn't done, we were told that a box of chocolates are normally put in the requested room. This was not done. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, the beds were not made, no fresh cups etc..., tea, coffee were not refilled. I have have stayed in many 4star hotels, so I am sorry to say the Leonardo in my opinion does not live up to the standard that I expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff behind the desk were scruffy with trousers that didn't fit correctly. I assume that it is not a look that you would want representing your hotel.

Location was great. Staff were friendly particularly the night receptionist.

Easy to book, quick check. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed and a nice shower. A very good breakfast. Great location close to Oxford Rosd station and Deansgate/Castlefield Metro station.
