Very clean and modern rooms woth everything you could need. Quiet rooms and good shower. Reception very helpful, didnt use the restaurant so cannot comment on food quality l. Great location for shopping and tram services.

"Don’t bother with breakfast loads of other options nearby, and bring your own hairdryer"

"An uncomfortable night."

The night porter was really helpful.

The bathroom bin was full of somebody else’s waste on arrival. Someone else’s shower cap was hanging on the bathroom door. The single bed was wonky and felt like I was sleeping on a hill - I woke up a few times feeling like I was slipping off the side. On the double bed, the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.
