"Great stay. Just the ticket for a 1 night stay for an event!"

Great location. Handy for the purpose of our stay. Easy to find from the car park suggested. Clean room and a good size. Bed comfortable.

Pillows very hard and breakfast was okay but some items cold.

Ok location.

Toilet flush broken and running constant, told staff as soon as arrived. They were polite and said it would get done. When getting back, ran all night, loud and kept me awake. Not good. Told them again on leaving. Disappointing.

Location: Excellent Bar/Restaurant Staff: Excellent Check-in/Check-out process: Reasonably smooth Bed: Comfortable Room Amenities: Adequate. Public areas: Nice

Reception desk: Receptionist did not make eye contact at all when speaking to us during the receiving process on check-in. We found it a bit disconcerting and was not the nicest of experiences. Perhaps she was not having a good day. Room: Quite dated and needs an upgrade to meet 4 star rating. Bathroom: Needs maintenance - no ventilation or extactor. Wood on vanity was peeling off due to humidity. Bathtub joints and fixtures rusty in parts as well as mouldy. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the reception we received, the room and bathroom is where it counts the most, and unfortunately that was disappointing and certainly not what was expected from a 4 star hotel and for the rate.
