Location: close to theatre and river and has large car park. Oposite beautiful garden

Grateful for aircon unit in heatwave but very noisy all night, like being on cross channel ferry. Floor sloped in my room - fair enough the building is 16th century but bedside table also sloped and a glass of water slowly slid off- as did anything else put there. Could be wedged with an unobtrusive beer mat. Bathroom clean, modern, great shower

The location is perfect and the quality of the accomodation is very high.

Light bulbs failed throughout the room so dark and made the expensive chandelier pointless, as it was bulbless.

Excellent restaurant.

Room small and therefore poor value for money. Service poor in Restaurant (insufficient staff as opposed to quality of individual staff members)

Location and parking very convenient, rooms lovely, bathroom spotless.

Fridge not cold enough - no milk for morning coffee in the room. Bit of street noise - can’t be helped. The lights were really complicated, couldn’t work them out.
