Everything was good. Friendly, clean, adequate not extravagant. Amazing view and great hospitality.

Worst hotel ever. I will rate it a 1 star hotel. Tiny bathroom, hard to take shower. No iron available in hotel forget in room. Air conditioner did not work, i think it will not go down a certain temperature. I had to sleep in warm room. Be careful when reserving this. Our tour company reserved it and we had no say.

Lovely hotel with great views of the Nile. Food is good and the service is great.

The service was great, Merna and Basant from reception were very courteous and extremely helpful with a room change. The hotel itself seemed dated. Unfortunately there was an event our first night which resulted in noise until 11.30pm (the hotel say it was not on their grounds). The location was amazing, easy walk into town. You will appreciate the view from the hilltop.

The scenery was spectacular and the staff were very helpful. This hotel is located at a beautiful spot - very nice and serene.

Great hotel with a beautiful view. The staff were wonderful and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room with two separate rooms and a kitchenette, 2 baths. The rooms could be updated and the beds aren’t the most comfortable but overall it’s a great value hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had issues with the shower and bathtub water pressure. Rooms could use some updating but comfortable and clean.

Do not confuse this hotel with the Basma hotel next door. Even some cab drivers are not aware of its existence. You have to drive 500 feet further up the road from the Basma until you see a small sign on your right where a pretty narrow path leads to the Basma Executive Club. The views are really great. But the hotel is not a 5-star hotel. It's dated. Everything from the doors and windows to the bathroom to the furniture is old and dated. The bathroom is small with a tiny shower with a plastic curtain. The wi-fi is poor and it's down from time to time, especially often in the evening hours. The breakfast was so-so and their restaurant food was bland. Besides it was not safe I suspect. The location is isolated, although the Nubian Museum is a short walk away. The staff are terrific, very helpful and responsive. So it's OK for a short stay but overpriced for what you get.
