Nice view of the city from the hotel and friendly staff. Wi-Fi is slow and external area of the hotel could be more clean. Good breakfast.

The stuff was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us. They offer to give us a wake up call for our 4am tour in Abu Simbel and even boxed our breakfasts for all 4 of us to take something with us for the trip

So a couple things. If you are a light sleeper like me you may not get much sleep. The bed is super hard. Pillows aren’t great. The windows are thin so if anyone is talking outside you’ll hear them. There is loudspeaker that goes off at 4am everyday that woke me every morning. The shower and bathroom is old but clean, not much pressure and the shower is held together with string. Breakfast is basic. Some bread, 1 hot dish with meat and eggs with a small salad bar. As a vegan and gluten free there wasn’t anything for me besides cucumber and tomato. The reception staff are hit or miss, one was helpful and one wasn’t. The cleaning staff are super nice. The location is fine. Walking distance to the Nubian museum and obelisk. There isn’t much choice is Aswan and the alternative was 3x the price to stay the Sofitel or Movenpick. Since you mostly need a hotel to sleep I would look for another place and check it’s quiet.

The best view property in Aswan, a smaller hotel providing an exceptional 2-day stay, which I wished was much longer. The facility is beautiful, newly renovated, a kitchen available for requests and a staff that was second to none, even after I had checked out and needed to find my Kindle. If I ever get a chance to be in Aswan again, I will stay here...but for longer, as I didn’t have time to enjoy the beautiful pool or the views from the roof. Do yourself a favor and select this property, it is absolutely lovely!

Service must be developed, staff is not paying attention while having our breakfast at the restaurant. Although we have paid our breakfast cash at the hotel the night before, they wanted to charge us again next dau after check out til lwe showed them our receipt. We booked a family room at the executive club which was large with an nice view but floor was dusty and you can see foot prints on it!!!
