Great location & nice rooms..

Great location. Room was good and check in and out was a breeze.

amazing building and amazing location - always thought it would be amazing to stay at this proptery. However, the room was very outdated; i expected sophistication and class but instead everything was just simply old.

Staff was not well service oriented.

Room no tea or coffee facilities, pillows very flat uncomfortable only two, air conditioning didn't work no fan in bathroom to clear steam. Staff pleasant nice swimming pool.

Hotel is very nice in a great location near shopping restaurants and bars. Only single quilts on a double bed. I asked for a double at reception but they told me that it's German custom to just have singles. It made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Internet signal is extremely weak.

Our four-day visit to Mannheim concluded a three-week Christmas Market visit to Austria and Germany, our second such trip in two years. We both agreed that Mannheim's Christmas Market topped all we'd seen (20 on this trip alone). And our suite in the Maritim Hotel was top notch. A wonderful end to a great trip.

Close to the local tram stops and the pedestrian mall.

Fantastic location, lovely hotel, will definitely stay there again ...
