The perfect place to stay on a budget! The staff were so kind and helpful. While it doesn’t have any frills like a pool, it has all that you need- clean room, comfortable beds for a nice stay in a super walkable location. It’s just a few meters from Chiang Mai’s famous Sunday Night Market too.

The location is in the old town and near Tha Phae Gate. The staff is passionate and warm. There are free water, coffee and chocolate milk to serve, but no hairdryer in the room. so you might ask the staff for it. Also you need to go to a nearby laundry shop for your laundry. The overall experience is good.

Great location, quiet, within walking distance of lots, dining, shopping, temples. We had a great time in Chiang Mai and this was a very convenient place to stay. We found a taxi to take us to the Temple on the mountain, thanks to Chai. We found a TukTuk to take us on a city tour, thanks to Nan. We loved the city!

Guest room and services are great. Friendly staff. They provide free coffee and tea 24/7. Sunday night market is just beside this guesthouse. The guest house is conveniently located. It was easy to access public transport and nearby restaurants.

As many have already said, the location is excellent. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a little basic but had hot/cold water. I loved the big fan that helped keep me cool after being out in the heat. It was also nice that they gave water bottles every day and a fridge to store them in. And of course it was very affordable. Overall a good experience!

Basic but cheap solution in an excellent location. Sufficiently spacious room, with air conditioning and fan. Two bottles of water per day included in the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom has no shelves to put things on. You cannot smoke on the balcony. The hairdryer is missing.
