I've been 'at it' for over fifty years now, and this has to be one of the best value places I've ever stayed in Asia. Great location, in the heart of town but quiet. Excellent wi-fi , spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, round the clock free chi, coffee and chocolate and secure luggage storage. What more could one ask for the price?.

It was perfect for us at a reasonable price. It was very close to the markets and the pubs. Plus, the house/property has an old-timey charm. The room was cozy. The bathroom was a bit compact, but it was super clean. So, no complaints. And the employees there speak in English. So thats a big plus!

掃除を綺麗にしてもらえませんでした。 排水も弱くてシャワーが溢れそうでした。

掃除が下手です １週間止まりましたが毎日髪の毛もゴミも少し残ってます トイレの掃除はしてませんでした ゴミ箱の中は交換してくれます スタッフは親切です シャワーの排水があまりよくないです ただ、コスパと立地はめちゃくちゃいいです

I stayed for 2 weeks in the Chiang Mai Rendezvous, in February 2023. The service is warm, relaxed and efficient; the location is as good as you'll get in Chiang Mai; the value is out-standing. Highly recommended.

One really nice and in fact quiet Place. Dissapointing was only one thing at early morning checkout the boy did chech room and minibar so he definately knew that I had not used any drinks. He then tried to cut of 50 Baht from deposit. When I ve told him I had no drink he pointed to a bill from a few days before which I already paid at that day. As I stood clear he said "sorry" and gave me back the full deposit. He did not give me the two Croissants which had been promised the day before instead he tried to sell me a taxi pickup for 200 THB - by red car it is 120THB to Airport. Bama it was a very nice stay with a dissapointing end. Thailand teaches to constantly be aware, ask for receipts and do not trust anybody!

Room was very small. we could not move around. Next day they changed it to a bigger room due to problem with air condition. It did not have thermostat working. No matter on what temp. you put it, it runs the same. Therefore, we had to turn it off. Fortunately, January was not a hot month. Overall, it was a 2-star hotel but Hotel.com introduced it as 3-star! Even google show it as 2-star. No elevator, no electric kettle, nothing in room.

C est un petit hotel pas tres chere, le staff est sympatique ils ont du mal avec l anglais a part pour le gerant, la chambre est assez grande mais l absence de vrai fenetre est un vrai probleme pour les gens qui ont le sommeil leger, on entend tout se qui se passe a lexterieur, les femmes de menages commencent a 7 heures du matin, la route principale n est pas loin donc on entend les voitures, le petit dejeuner est correct et l eau chaude est tiede
