The worst place I have ever stayed in in my life

I have spent time in prison and cells where better

Location was in Chinatown so that was awesome. Walking distance to various sights in the city. Room was clean and convenient

The ONLY thing was the noise heard from the outside traffic. I could hear all the cars buzzing by as I slept. Luckily, I already sleep with background noise from YouTube. However, for those who must sleep in total silence, you will not be able to most likely.

The surroundings are good, with a very nice Italian restaurant called Stelvio beside it.

For starters, finding the hotel was near impossible as there was no signage. (Makes you wonder why they seem to be trying to hide it). The address on Booking.com says 787 Dundas St W., but there is no entrance showing that number. After asking around at nearby businesses, I found that the check-in location is at 783 Dundas, while the entrance to the actual rooms is at 791 Dundas, through a separate door from the neighboring restaurant. Upon arriving at the "office", I was barely acknowledged by the staff there who was extremely curt. The parking spot is on the street behind it, Markham St, but you need to get a permit first, so you need to find a spot in the very busy streets first. The room was small and simple (as expected for the price) and clean enough. However, the mini fridge was barely cool, the bed was very hard and the tiny bathroom had no shower curtain (which caused water to splash everywhere). The room was windowless and had a skylight, but there were no shutters, so the room became very bright as soon as the sun started rising. The door lock seemed loose and made me feel unsafe. By far the worse hotel I've ever stayed at and do not recommend.

Decent location. Easy access to the TTC

The door was broken and could almost be pushed in. The dishwasher door was broken upon arrival the door literally fell off. All of the dishes were wet and looked a bit dirty. The $200 deposit is way too much for what you get out of the hotel.

The location was convenient with the streetcar and close to the city centre, the room was clean and spacious.

The fridge door was falling because of the rust.
