Posizione centrale. Location suggestiva. Spazi interni ampi e ben organizzati. Bar vicino ottimo per la colazione. Rapiditร  di risposta tramite WhatsApp. Prezzo onesto.

Letto e cuscini non comodissimi. Termosifone in bagno non funzionante. Doccia allaga facilmente l'intero bagno. Niente Ascensore. Strada abbastanza rumorosa. Infissi non insonorizzanti.
