Edificio storico, molto bello e caratteristico, centralissimo. Stanza molto confortevole, pulita e spaziosa. Era un viaggio di lavoro, ho pernottato una sola notte, la mattina ho fatto anche una call di lavoro, è stato tutto perfetto.

Hallo! Die ganze Nacht lief die Toilettenspülung. Ich bat mehrmals, dies zu checken oder mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Es war unmöglich zu schlafen und Ruhe zu finden.

Das war genau das Problem!!! Ich bitte um eine Preisreduzierung wegen der massiven Beeinträchtigung! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Markus Däunert

Esperienza check-in automatica terribile. Non c’è nessuno che puó darti assistenza nel caso del bisogno, in piu ci sono le campane a due passi che ti svegliano alle 8 di mattina. Accesso alla camera scomodissimo con una scala a chiocciola strettissima che scende di un piano, sembra di entrare in cantina.

オンラインチェックインを事前に済まさないと部屋への入り方がわからないのですが、なぜかオンラインチェックインができず、1時間程宿の前で試行錯誤しました。スタッフが不在で質問もできず、電話をしても繋がらず、メッセージを送っても返事がなく、不安でした。幸い、他の滞在者に遭遇し、部屋の入り方を教えてもらい、助けていただけました。道中は階段や坂道がかなり多いため、スーツケースでの来訪はオススメしません。歴史的な町並みやホテルの建物自体はとても素敵でしたが、荷物が多い方は、駅前のホテルに泊まり、荷物なしで観光で来た方が楽しめそうです。
