Latin Quarter Townhouse

Staff are very poor, upon arriving and seeing all the beds were used and still dirty from the previous guests I called them to ask them how this was possible. Was told they will call me back. Never did. The next day we called them again to complain as we had to sleep in the the dirty beds that night and they said it was our fault for not leaving the keys in the lockbox for a member of staff to clean. When we arrived back from town later that evening, there was someone in the property cleaning the brs and towels etc. terrible experience and terrible staff.

Location and very comfy beds

Excellent location. Can not enough good things about the location. Right in the middle of the action of the area. Not quiet but that is the price to pay to be in the middle of everything.

Little loud during the night midnight to 2am but to be expected. Faculty was clean

Great location. Near to all the pubs/ restaurants. Ideal for a group of friends

Noise at nighttime

Honestly a 1 rating is still too high for this property! Manager was not pleasant to deal with the place was damp and stinking floor lifting and a lot of other issues including the toilet not working upon discussing with someone in person shortly after arrival they apologised and agreed it shouldn't of been that way. Trying to deal with this with the property and booking.com was a nightmare neither of them wanted to sort it! AVOID AT ALL COST!! Don't understand how this passed inspections for booking especially for families or anyone the damp was that bad
