Latin Quarter Townhouse

Location was right off of Quay street so it was loud at night but located within walking distance of all the action of Galway.

The key box was not explained in detail and there were 4 at the door. Plus the image and description that they had on the information was not correct as one of the business that they mentioned was out of business and new one was already in its place. The issues occurred when the wifi wasn't working and the out of hours phone numbers were of no help. First number didn't answer and the other person tried to help but had the same password as we did which didn't work. Someone had to have changed the password as the name of the wifi that was listed was changed as well from the router. Then one of the heaters did not work which was needed even in July in this older building. Probably lucky it didn't work as the heater was loose and almost falling off the wall which was a huge fire risk if it had been working. The worse part our experience was the after help from the property when we complained the next day. The only simply said sorry and for the high season price we paid was not great value for money .

Directly across the street from lively bars playing music till the wee hours! Great if you are at the bar, not so great if trying to sleep!! Bring your earplugs 🤣

Great location, easy check-in, spacious rooms

Quite dirty, there was nothing in the property except for towels and glassware/cutlery etc (no shampoo or body shower for example). Very noisy at night time, no window insulation.

Clean bedding.

1) mould in bathrooms and on windows 2) loose rubbish in entranceway 3) street noise at front, noise from fan at rear 4) poor security - key could be easily copied 5) filthy grouting 6) recent damage to interior 7) blocked bathroom sink No comeback from property.
