Great location beds were comfortable

Extremely noisy all night through the night and all morning, the toilet took 15 mins to refill to flush again and hand basin filled to the top while washing hands or brushing teeth and tooth a while to empty

it was in the center

it was in front of a bar that had speakers outside, putting music the whole night. The windows didn’t have any isolation so we could hear all the sounds from outside during all the night until the morning with the cleaning trucks.

Good location & price.

One of the toilet smells bad even tho no one used it .

As it is so central it is very noisy at night. Both toilets need to be fixed - it takes a very long time for the cistern to fill between flushes

Very central location, that's probably the only good thing about the property.

The house was very cold, we tried to work the heating numerous times but it wouldn't work. There was a leak in one of the rooms when the window was closed water was still getting in. The sink in one of the bathrooms was blocked and the water wouldn't drain. We contacted the manager of the property twice but received no response. We also found used fake eyelashes in one of the beds, so perhaps the sheets hadn't been changed. There were dirty towels in the wardrobe with makeup stains, possibly from previous guests. This property is very overpriced.

There was a large leak in both bathrooms when it rained had to use the guest towels to dry same Also the apartment was cold

Central, spacious, clean. Very nice people to deal with. Although central is very quite.

LOVED that we were left alone - key was in the lock box and we just arrived when we arrived no waiting around for people to come greet us etc. This is a brilliant place to stay if, like us, you are a group of friends looking to go out in Galway. I do not recommend it if you are a family or a couple looking for somewhere nice to stay as you are literally above 2 night clubs and the noise goes on until 3am. We had a ball here and it was exactly what we were looking for, the location was the selling point for this. Bang in the centre of Galway.

Toilet on the first floor wouldn't flush properly so there was a smell of drain, also we wanted to cook breakfast as there was a kitchen etc. but there was no salt or oil to cook with.
