Rustic Log Cabin

Wi-fi was out of order both days of our stay.

The view and tranquility make it a good place to rest when trying to fit in many attractions of Northern Ireland. The ferry from Magilligan Point is efficient and quick to get to from cabin. The deck is a lovey place for morning coffee in the sun.

I missed the note that we needed our own towels but we made due and Michael and Sheilgh were gracious enough to help us out.

This was our 2nd trip to Rustic Log Cabin and we will definitely be returning. Views are amazing. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. TIP : Don't forget to bring your own bath/beach towels.

We love this place, who need go abroad...when this is on our doorsteps.

quiet / private area great views use of hot tub dog friendly approachable and friendly owners

broken wooden step down to bbq area, was not great for my mother mobilising up and down- trip hazard bbq area was untidy and previous lodgers/ tenants had left old kebab sticks with burnt chicken on it alongside their disposable bbq trays fews spiders in bathroom and 1 spider and few ants found in the bottom bunk bed, however approached the owner and they cleaned the bedroom and changed sheets and apologised for any inconvenience caused. rest of house was fine.

Everything there that was needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the wood burner in the main area. Views were absolutely amazing. Have booked another stay in June.

Only down side was the lack of power in the shower but it was adequate for a quick wash.

Excellent location, well kept property and very friendly hosts who were very helpful.

Everything was great but we were a bit early in the season for the hot tub which I'm sure the kids would have loved, but hopefully we will be back and use it next time :-)
