I would recommend my friends to stay in this place for sure. The staff made the bed and tidied things up everyday. It was very clean and a welcoming space.The price point for our stay was awesome as well.

The resort has potential. It looks nice and is located right by the sea. The beds are comfortable, and the room is fairly clean. The food at the restaurant is somewhat overpriced, which is understandable for a place like this, but still quite decent and enjoyable.

There are several areas where the resort could improve. The service was disappointing, as it was often difficult to get clear information from the staff. The policy regarding outside food and drinks is very strict, with a 1,000,000 VND fine for bringing items from outside the resort. This would be more understandable if guests were clearly informed in advance and if there were convenient on-site alternatives, such as a small store or market. There was an unpleasant smell in the room upon arrival that did not fully disappear even after almost 24 hours. Some of the furniture was also damp, possibly after recent cleaning. The balcony had no table or chairs, and there was also no convenient place to dry clothes. The overall atmosphere was not particularly relaxing during our stay, as construction work was taking place near the pool area, including workers installing metal structures and trucks unloading materials nearby. In addition, noise from neighboring rooms can be heard quite clearly. Guests should also be aware that our airport transfer arrived 20 minutes later than scheduled. Since the resort is located quite far from the city, arranging alternative transportation can also be difficult.

The property is located about 20mins drive from Quy Nhon situated on a quiet beach. The pool and gardens are lovely and the rooms are large, comfy and nicely decorated.

We were disappointed with our stay. Upon checking in we were told we were not allowed to bring in any outside food. If we were found with outside food not purchased from the hotel it would be confiscated and we would be issued a fine. We have travelled a lot and stayed in budget through to very expensive hotels and have never come across this rule before anywhere in the world! The night we arrived there was a function on down at the beach restaurant. We went down for dinner and were told we couldn’t eat there! It was not ever communicated to us that the event would be taking place and therefore we would not be able to eat dinner at the beachside restaurant. The function music and microphone were so offensively loud. The amenity of any other guests staying at the hotel was not taken into consideration at all. This happened multiple nights in a row. We ate at the restaurant another night and the food was sub par with the steak being inedible. If the hotel is going to have strict rules about outside food they should ensure that the food they are offering at the hotel is of a high standard and quality. The dining room for breakfast is huge. It is lovely however it is extremely warm in there making quite uncomfortable to enjoy breakfast. Lastly, out of the four days we stayed, three of the days we were unable to use the pool due to regular cleaning and maintenance. While I like a hotel that maintains their pool, it is unacceptable to offer a hotel with a pool but for it to be closed from 8am to 3pm everyday. Surely the pool maintenance can occur in the night or in the early hours of the morning to ensure all guests can enjoy the facilities. We were travelling with young kids and they desperately wanted to go in the pool as they are still a bit afraid of the ocean however this was not possible. This was extremely disappointing.

Die gebuchte Abholung am Flughafen klappte hervorragend. Fahrtdauer etwa 1 Std. Das Zimmer war recht groß und sauber, der Ausblick auf das Meer sagenhaft. Der Pool war angenehm, sauber und warm (positiv kein Chlor). Das Frühstück war mit einer Eierküche ausgestattet..

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Studio mit Meerblick gebucht, aber booking.com hat uns nur ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer bestätigt. Aber zum Preis des von mir gebuchten Zimmers. Eine Anfrage an der Rezeption ergab "Wir haben nur eine Zimmerklasse" Bei der Rezeption klappte alles, aber die Englischkenntnisse waren recht dürftig. Badetücher gab es nur für die 4 Liegen am Pool, die jeweils schon bereit gelegt waren. Für die Liegen zur Meerseite mußte man zusehen, wo man Badetücher bekam. Die Liegen hatten keine Polsterauflage und waren daher auf die Dauer unbequem. Wir halfen uns damit, dass wir mehrere Kissen aus dem Freiluftrestaurant benutzten. Am Ende des Gebäudes wurde tagelang an Änderungen für das Strandrestaurant geklopft und geschweißt. Man hätte das auch außerhalb Hörweite machen können. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr reichhaltig und nahezu täglich gleich. Insbesondere das Obstangebot war sehr begrenzt für ein Land, in dem es reichlich und vielseitig vorhanden ist. Das Restaurant war in in seiner Qualität nur mittelmäßig und das wo man keine andere Wahl hatte. Zu jedem Essen gab es einen völlig identischen Salatmix, der nach nichts schmeckte.
