Seaside Boutique Resort Quy Nhon

Der var en helt fantastisk ro over stedet. Vi havde desværre kun en overnatning, og ankom først til aften. Men kunne så gå ned og få vores aftensmad, som blev serveret udenfor og ud mod stranden. Smukt og stemningsfyldt. Endnu et sted, hvor man kunne bruge poolen, også om aftenen, og tideligt om morgene. Vi udskød vores rejsetid et par timer, for at gå en tur på stranden og nyde freden og roen, som der var på dette sted. Kommer jeg til Vietnam igen, så ville jeg sørge for at have mere end en overnatning her, hvis man sætter pris på en pause, fra alle de andre som rejser rundt i Vietnam.

The location was good, pleasant staff and fast check in. Room clean. The facilities were very nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My family ( Snelling) came to the resort with my wife and I (Francis) to spend our last few days in Vietnam relaxing at the pool swimming with our grandchildren etc. Sadly of the 5 times we went to use the pool it was only available once! This was due to a crazy pool maintenance schedule that made it unavailable from roughly 8.40am to 2.00pm! So when people have a bite for breakfast and head to the pool and find it closed until 2.00pm which is the hottest part of the day typically 37° and oppressive!! This maintenance which was largely to remove sand and was basically silent could have been done over night! Another suggestion would be to install a shower and drain closer to the pool and ensure people use it before entering.To say this situation was very upsetting for our family is to understate it. On two out of the 3 nights of our stay there were functions on the best with very loud voices and music which made it impossible to eat outdoors and hold a conversation. No prior advice of these events were offered when booking or on arrival. The dictatorial tone of the warning about bringing food on to the property is unacceptable and very inappropriate. I’m sure or at least I hope given there is no store on site, that it does not mean small snacks etc and is mainly aimed st actual/meals. However it is very unclear. Also given the limited choice of wine on site to charge a 1,000,000 vnd corkage is ridiculous! I have travelled extensively in Europe and Asia and these issues regarding food and alcohol are a first in my experience including at lower and higher rated resorts than Seaside Boutique Resort. I will say that when my daughter raised these and other issues with you she received an apology and other help however the pool issue remained for the duration of our stay and meant that basically while in many ways your resort could have been a perfect way to finish our trip sadly that wasn’t the case.
