Excellent resort, great value for money and will definitely be recommending this hotel. Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Room was a very good size, clean and very comfortable.

Very nice resort. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The food was very good and reasonably priced which is good as there is no other restaurants in the vicinity.

The resort is isolated and if you don’t have transportation you will be stuck there, which didn’t bother us. It is situated on a beach which is also used by local fishermen so it’s scattered with their boats etc - however the resort has a nice pool.

The building and property was spectacular right on the beach. Felt the staff not overly friendly but okay. Not many people when we arrived so breakfast was average first two mornings. More visitors last night so the breakfast the next morning was the best for selection. Pool was quite dirty and we were inconvenienced one day by it being closed during peak time of midday for cleaning. Luckily could have a dip in the sea as it was very hot. Food and drinks we ordered were good.

The balcony view (once we asked multiple times for chairs for the balcony) is amazing - crashing waves, fishing boats. Hot pot at the restaurant was lovely. Easy to get into the city (takes about 20 mins and you need to book Grab in advance so you don't wait forever).

The breakfast was cold, and often leftovers from the night before. The pool was so dirty, sometimes you couldn't even see the bottom. The pool/beach chairs were really uncomfortable. The hotel was a revolving door of big groups coming in for 24 hours of family events - with little regard to other guests. The photos are no longer accurate as the typhoon in the autumn wiped out everything that looked nice.

First of all, beach is good only for watching it. It was dirty and had a parking of boats. So it’s impossible to swim. Facilities required renovations. Beach towels were only on beds that located near swimming pool. And sun beds didn’t have mattress - it was uncomfortable to lay on a net. The pool looks clean but at the same time looks like it never been cleaned properly. And the policy about prohibition of bringing food and drinks from outside was really odd also. Fee for trash sounds insane.
