Jaye Eco Lodge

We loved Jaye Eco Lodge. The family are super helpful, arranging all activities for us and also drove us to the center of town or for activities at very reasonable prices. We loved the breakfast and also bought all of our dinners there, which were a highlight of our trip. The garden is great for birdwatching and wildlife and you can walk a few minutes to see a couple of elephants at work and some rice paddies. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice shower (hot water was available but we never used it). It is a ways from the center, but what we most enjoyed was probably just the friendly, comfortable, and tranquil vibe.

Beautiful accommodation set in a tropical garden with exceptional hosts catering to our every whim. Also our own private access to an elephant breeding program and hospital within a 5 minute walk....

Beautiful place with amazing gardens but what made our stay extra special were the people. The family is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Since we were travelling with babies we asked for mosquito nets and those were installed before we came. The home cooking was some of the best food we had on our trip and much better than any restaurant we tried in the area.

Access road is ssomewhat damaged. It's a public road and the Lodge is not responsible for its condition .

The staff were very friendly and the dinner was great. They even took our drink requests to get some colas for the next day. Breakfast was very filling and served at time of your choosing. They helped arrange a great safari as well. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Bathroom was particularly clean and the property itself is beautiful.

The rooms really could use a mosquito net over the bed and more dusting overall to remove some cobwebs.

In the last 500m the road to get there is a bit bumpy.

Excellent stay, good conditions, delicious food. I really recommend this place if you want to get rest and spend some time among the nature. It’s very peaceful and quiet there. Also a hosting family is so friendly and helpful.

Everything was great ! First the host was super friendly and arrange us many things, thank you again !!! The rooms are better than pictures, the garden with peacock and varans is amazing. It is worth the money 110% ! Meals are very good and very cheap, for backpackers like us it was super nice ! We extended for 2 days because it was so perfect !

Everything was great, if you really want to improve something it will be the diversity for meals if you stay for a long time.
