Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé, proche centre, proche lagune et à 100pesos de la station d autobus Ado. Le personnel est adorable et réactif. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres. Cuisine usuelle avec plaque de cuisson, cafetiere et frigidaire. Eau chaude avec bon flux. Validé pour voyageuse seule.

Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, ammenez casque anti bruit ou bouchon d'oreille car l'isolation sonore entre les chambres est peu efficace. Sinon c'est un sans faute.

"We booked for 2 nights, but after they refused to move us or give us a refund we just left."

Location

Sheets were dirty with powder soap on them, the rest of the room was NOT clean. The A/C didn’t work properly and they refused to move us to another room.

"Great stay for Bacalar!"

Great location, very near to the lagoon and good restaurants. The breakfast was nice - you could choose between eggs (any way) or pancakes, plus a fruit plate and tea/coffee! We also had a huge balcony with a hammock which was great. You can also take out kayaks for two hours which was included in our booking - great perk! Thanks for a great stay in Bacalar.

"Simple stay with nice staff"

Really nice staff!! Coffee and machine in the room, it saved my day!

The walls like paper, you could hear everything, the smoke from the balcony came sown to our room 😞 the breakfast was very simple and the coffee like brown water 😅 the bed for two person is very small.

La estancia y atención es excelente! Un lugar limpio, cómodo y amplio. El desayuno esta muy bien, las cantidades son adecuadas. Me encantó y sin duda regresaría. Esta a 2 cuadras de la laguna y cuenta con un club de playa super lindo para tener un momento de paz
