The hotel is ideally situated close to the main gondolas to get to either Blackcomb or Whistler - literally 2 mins away. The bar is friendly and relaxed with pool tables and a decent enough menu and fair priced for both food and drink. Certainly compared to the UK. There is a new Spa, and although the hot tubs and sauna are basic (not part of the new spa) they do the job. Room is good and comfy, with a real fire and jacuzzi bath… go figure. All in all a good experience, well decorated, good feel and a relaxed attitude. Amy at the Concierge desk was super helpful. Recommended.

Has been refurbished so very good looking room and general areas. Good value

Had explained it was our wedding evening and although the receptionist apologised for not being able to upgrade us (which wasn't necessary as we hadn't asked to be upgraded), there was no offer of flowers, etc for the room for an additional cost.

Beautiful scenery, quiet suite. Really enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee. Great selection of dishes to choose from. Very comfortable bed.
