Great location,

General manager was one of the least helpful and rude staffs we’ve ever encountered. We had a large group (family wedding) and the number of errors with check in and check out was phenomenal. While the GM acknowledged these errors (they shouldn’t have done that) she did nothing to help us sort it out. Will not stay there again based on staffing issues up the chain of command.

Location downtown to proximity to CWU, style, friendly staff, nicely decorated for college graduation.

Pillow a bit uncomfortable-too fat for my liking.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable rooms.

Rate was excessive. I can only assume that prices were raised because it was graduation weekend for the university. This hotel is no different than any other when an event brings a lot of people to your town. I think they call it gouging.

Great downtown location

Limited $10 /night parking is unsecured. Bathroom fans cannot be shutoff, because windows are inoperable. Rooms across from elevators hear all waiting and passerby conversations. You can’t turn the shower on to warm without getting wet. They struggle using Apple Pay.
