Everything! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our flight got in early in the morning and they allowed us to check in and get some rest! Very clean property and rooms.

The pillows are too flat.

We stayed a Tru hotel When traveling across from NY to LA. We liked it so much that we stayed in 3 more Tru hotels as we worked our way across the country. Affordable, Clean, comfortable, up to date top to bottom, the staff was helpful and very friendly, this hotel was set up and designed for what’s needed for a good stay for today’s travelers. Layout , furnishings,beds, showers, tech and power everywhere, clean, new and all at a by today’s standards an very affordable rate

The only thing that could be better was the quality the breakfast, the eggs meats and such were pre packaged ?? Just keep the breakfast continental and make it easier on yourself. The way the breakfast bar is set up is really nice. Lastly find an affordable coffee that’s better

"Nice place but hard to get to."

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, a variety of cereals, pancakes, yogurt and juices. Staff was great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water.

Even though the he hotel is at the intersection of I-25 and C470, it was hard to get to. The AC unit was very noisy.
