Checked in on Wednesday. I booked the hotel through Expedia and Bikash really told me the benefits of booking through Hilton and not 3rd party’s. He had such a good customer service and help me with everything I needed.

Everything was perfect for me and my 2 children (8&10). A great location. The rooms, gym, pool area were clean. The best part was the warm and friendly staff. Ms. Angie was a complete joy. Literally the best hotel employee I've every had contact with and we travel a lot. She was the best!

The lady that checked me in was amazing even sang happy birthday to my daughter. I was so please with the treatment we received from the moment we walked in. Very clean and very comfortable. A must stay in this area

Had a hard bad situation with Expedia and their cancellation procedure. I had walked in the tru here in lone tree. Angie (property support manager) helped in took ownership and said. You know what Expedia well disconnect and I'll take care of him from here! Excellent service!!
