"Avoid working with Kimberly (Manager)"

Avoid working with Kimberly, the manager. I made and canceled a reservation online one the same day a week before our stay as I was trying to find a Hilton brand hotel near an appointment my elderly parents needed to attend. Not from Denver it took a few hours to find the right location. After the date (12/17/25), even after the cancellation, the hotel still charged me. I called Hilton, which had super friendly support but said only the manager could help and refund the cost of the two rooms. I called Kimberly and she was completely apathetic and could care less about the circumstances of the cancellation (the same day cancellation through the app). Somehow making an extra couple hundred bucks was more important. I’ll never stay with this hotel and am likely switching to a different loyalty program if Hilton supports this type of management.
