Great food, comfortable room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful location just on the edge of Dartmoor. Very nice breakfast in the morning

The bed was a little firm for those who prefer a softer mattress, and there was a slightly odd odour in the room though this was only noticeable when we first entered

We booked a family room for 3 persons. The room was large with comfortable beds, storage space and an en suite bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast and good quality food.

A tv in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Breakfast was amazing and staff super friendly

Room too noisy as above the bar and noise was amplified, garden not well attended

It was in a lovely area, close to Dartmoor, very relaxing

Next time I would like to stay when the leaping salmon is open as it looks like a very welcoming pub

The room and its facilities were sufficient. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable, however the room was spacious enough to accommodate all three of us. The bathroom was a little bit outdated, however served its purpose perfectly. The restaurant and pub were cozy and the atmosphere was nice

Lovely location and great food in the pub.

The room was lovely overlooking the river. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

Regretted not staying for 2 nights.

The bed was very comfortable and the view from the windows to the stream was lovely. We booked two rooms as four of us.

Not very welcoming rooms. Old furniture. Outside approach looks run down at the entrance. Just really not cozy and was like an empty rooms with old furniture. Will not stay again.
