"Exceptional"

We were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again. The room was fantastic, parking is completely accessible, and the staff that I dealt with were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. If/when I come back to the Asheville area, I will definitely opt to stay here again. Oh, and they are pet friendly! (I brought my dog with us on this visit.)

Die Umgebung besteht aus Ruinen. Das Frรผhstรผck wird sehr langsam nachgelegt und es gibt nicht genug Sitzmรถglichkeiten. Es gibt keinen Pool.

Everytime I went to get coffee they were out and the lady working the breakfast area got me a new huge pot of coffee right away. Service was great.

"Longest night ever "

If I had known that this area was still in such bad shape, the hotel itself was sooo hot, the floors seemed unsteady, the elevator was so squeaky it scared me, the pool is filled with storm debris, and the parking lot was a mess. I stay in Asheville a lot but usually downtown I thought oh this hotel has been redone .. nope totally wrong. The website is misleading . Also there were very few guests and the LOUDEST people got placed next to me talking yelling laughing coughing all night until after 3:30 . I wonโ€™t make the mistake of going to this hotel anytime soon.
