Location, staff, loved the suite

Clean and great location to Biltmore and Grove Park Inn

Nice space, roomy, looked clean but bedding did not smell clean. Pillows are ok but again, did not smell fresh. Bed felt as though it had sunkin spot where you sleep. I was not comfortable and slept little. I would stay again to give it another chance.

Never cleaned up property grounds after flood in October. No place to walk my dog. It’s surrounded by flooded out buildings. The hotel itself was fine and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was poor.

the surroundings were a mess from hurricane last year, smoke was everywhere from the fires near by, there was not pool which was advertised, thats why i picked the hotel, my kids thought i was joking when we pulled up...lobby was nice, however our room smelled like curry, none of us could sleep from the smell, the baby bed was not set up for the baby, had to wait - we were really disappointed

Extra large room.

Not a good experience maybe due to the sever conditions from the storm. Hotel staff needs uniforms to be identified from the guests, food service workers eating while putting food out. Just a Mess!!

It was an all around great stay!

They were the sweetest and most welcoming people ever.
