"We always stay here when we visit Phoenix, but each time the quality has gone down, time for a new place sadly."

Staff are always friendly

Our room had mold in the shower, carpet had huge stains, and there was hair on the dresser counter. Bed was also uncomfortable.

The check in process was smooth. Warren at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Making me feel comfortable to ask any questions about our stay. The room had enough room for our family of 3. Refrigerator and kitchenette were very helpful. I would stay again.
