Breakfast was great. Staff were lovely and showed us all the popular locations such as onsens and the ski slopes we could use. Rooms were very clean and modern with all amenities you could need.

The pillows on the beds were not very good and led to a couple of sore necks.

到着が遅くなるのを心配していたんですが、宿の方が親切に対応していただいて助かりました。 お部屋はこの料金でここに泊まっていいの？って思うほどのおしゃれで清潔、とても快適でずっとここにいたいな〜と思うお部屋でした。 宿の方もレストランの方もショップの方もみんな親切で ニコニコと対応してくださる、本当にいいところです。 野沢温泉も大好きになったので、次は雪の季節に来たいな〜と計画中です。

レストランで夕食も食べられるとうれしいかもです。
