Tanuki Nozawa

We had a pleasant stay at the Tanuki Nozawa hotel which is very new and modern - beautifully done. The breakfast that is served in the cafe downstairs was really good!

We asked for the room to be cleaned, but the beds were not made - not really an issue, just a bit odd. The room had a bunk bed, but the railing gap on the top bunk was very wide so we were not comfortable with using it, so both our children shared one bed instead (just worth noting if travelling with small children). As with many hotels in Japan - its shoes off before entering the room, but there was very little space to take shoes off (and store them) before entering, especially with luggage when arriving - was just a bit tricky as a family of four (again, not really an issue just would've been nice to have more space).

駐車場が遠くにしかない。 階段が色んな場所にあり、結構急。

広くてキレイ！快適でした。 キッキンツールも揃ってる。

キッチン用の布巾とかないので持っていけばよかった。

Very nice hotel, right in the centre of Nozawa Onsen, with access from the main square. The facilities of our block were very new, everything was clean and the staff was very nice. We highly recommend it.
