新しく清潔でした

大浴場がない。フロントの人が経験が浅く、対応が浅かった。　駐車場の場所には看板がなくわかり辛かった。 アメニティの置き場所や種類、部屋着が部屋に用意されてないなど後でこちらから聞くことが多かった。

お部屋や廊下も綺麗で、スタッフの方も丁寧で気持ちよかったです。温泉街の中央にあるので商店や温泉へのアクセスもしやすく、賑やかでいいところでした。

浴衣の貸し出しをチェックインの際に聞いて頂けていたら、裸で寝ることはなかったかもしれません…
