I enjoyed my stay at your lovely Inn. The location is perfect for exploring all of Berkshire County.

Its location was good since it was close to a lot of dining options. The locals are quite friendly. It was a little odd having to check in at a different location and then go to this hotel. It was also a little odd having a keyhole that you could look into the hallway and vice versa. The wifi is very spotty so watching a show is a little frustrating. The rooms are tight but clean. It was a nice stay if you’re there for a short period.

We stayed one night. Owners were very accommodating. Communication was excellent via texting. Beds comfortable.

Room was sufficient for the price, nothing fancy. We had trouble with regulating room temperature. It was very cold when we walked in and after talking to the property manager, the radiators turned on. However, they never turned off and there was no thermostat in the room. During the night we needed to open windows and turn on the AC to be able to sleep. Not a good night of sleep.

Very friendly, thoughtful staff, amazingly quiet, yet in the heart of historic Lenox, Massachusetts. Only observation was heaved tree roots in entry walkway may cause a fall.

This hotel is a bit weird in that it doesn’t really feel much like a hotel. There’s no reception (there’s 1 person that sits in a room), there’s no room service, no fridge, rooms feel very old and dated, continental breakfast is in another hotel so you have to walk over for it. Just bizarre all around. The only positive was that it’s in town and walking distance from everything but not worth the money.
