What we Liked :The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Lenox, walkable to shops and restaurants. What we didn't like, a lot: For $500/night the room was tiny and we understand these are old houses but they could have made it more practical for the guest. No refrigerator (there was room for one for sure), no ice bucket in case you want to have cold drinks. No mirror in the room in case somebody is in the bathroom and you need to get ready. The tv/cable froze constantly. So even watching TV was a pain. They could not fix it. Hardly any storage, especially if people are thinking of staying longer than a couple of days. We are understand that a closet might not work but at least a bigger bureau might do. Not even a suitcase rack, so we had to put out suitcases with our clothes on the floor. You can tell they gave very little thought on how to create a good guest experience despite the size of the room. We were shocked given the caliber of hotels they advertise. For $500/night we were expecting something a lot better. We have stayed in nicer places for less money. So disappointed, we are definitely not come back to this hotel.

We really liked our stay. The only thing we did not like was your internet connection for the TV. It's video cut out every few minutes and often times sound was wobbly making it unwatchable. Otherwise it was quaint and very clean.

Wonderful and central location - but not worth the money paid by a long shot. Room very basic and small - no extra amenities, no full length mirror, no Mini Fridge, no luggage rack, Apple TV did not function consistently, no one at front desk for check in/out - room on third floor no elevator/challenge to carry luggage up stairs. Outdoor space nice - great live music.

Pos: The property is beautiful, our room is beautifully decorated and clean. There are a lot of nice restaurants just a few steps away. Cons: the shower drain was clogged up, tap on basin kept dripping.

It was advertised as a bed and breakfast, the breakfast consisted of some muffins , yogurt. fruit juice and coffee.

Amazing, very charming and cozy. Loved every minute.

The wait staff and manager were helpful and friendly. When we checked in I asked for a specific card to be used and they charged a different one; I'm not even sure how they got the other number. I was also overcharged from price quote on Expedia. No one will respond at the hotel.

Prefer Central air. Unit in room blew all night onto the bed
