Belle Air Mansion and Inn

An incredible weekend at the Mansion. Great place to stay close but out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The Bronze room was amazing. The breakfast wonderful and the hospitality was exceptional. We will definitely be back . Thank you to all the staff .

Stayed there the beginning of April and had a wonderful time. Staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented. They even took time to get us to the basement when a tornado warning sounded. Absolutely THE MOST comfortable bed sheets I've ever slept on.

WOW! this was our first ime here, We had a group of 22, they took great care of us from the time we arrived, they made us feel like we were home. We started out eveyday with a wonderful freshly made breakfast The Mansion is beautiful and the Hosts were excellent!!

The mansion is absolutely fabulous! Kelly, Sarah and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable in every way. We were there for a group event and the rooms and setting were just perfect! The meals were spectacular and I would definitely stay here in the future!

Absolutely delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting! After breakfast Debbie invited everyone to storytelling time in the parlor. She gave a delightful history of the mansion and all the owners. Debbie was a fantastic hostess and storyteller. We were able to tour 4 unoccupied rooms and they were all stunning. Hope to return and stay overnight. Highly recommend!

Key codes for the doors is only sent 15 minutes before check in via a message which we found very impersonal. However after knocking for a while we were kindly let in early by a member of staff. The location was bad. Without a car, you are stuck. Thre was no where to walk as you are right on a main road and a freeway on 2 sides of the building, so it is very expensive for taxis to go anywhere. The room vibrates with the traffic so disturbs sleep and is very noisy off the traffic. Lighting in the bathroom was bad. Only 1 overhead light bulb was working over the mirror and sink. When we asked about having the bulbs replaced they brought a table lamp and put it next to the sink. The shower had 6 holes and is really bad. No pressure in the water. The toilet seat moved about. When asked if this could be sorted the reply was, all the seats are like that. The wardrobe was shocking inside rough wood and the air conditioning pipes run through the wardrobe and you could see where it had leaked before. The drawers were not clean to put clothes inside and had an old smell about them. Only one bedside table with one lamp, so it was impossible for one person to read in bed. No comfortable sofa to watch the TV on in an evening. Just an old wooden pew and some odd chairs. Breakfast slot was too short. The property was very well decorated with antique furniture. However, they have forgotten the things that make your stay more pleasant like good lighting and comfort in the rooms. The house is more like a museum than a comfortable B&B. We stayed in an old mansion in Memphis and that was really relaxing and within walking distance of the city and attractions. It was fitted to ensure ultimate comfort for guests. This B&,B is massively overpriced and could be so much better. We were really disappointed and on the last night moved to a hotel to get some decent rest. You can get a hotel with really good amenities for a lot less.

The mansion is beautiful. Nice front porch with rockers to sit and enjoy the sunshine and breeze. The homemade breakfast was delicious and served each morning on beautiful china. Rooms were very comfortable. All employees went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable.

First of all the Inn was centrally located. It was convenient to downtown and close to the highway. Secondly, we stayed in the bronze room . The accommodations were fabulous. The room catered to the smallest detail and was well appropriated. Lastly, the staff was outstanding and made our stay wonderful.

Love the room and the facilities are incredible!
