"It was a bad experience for us."

The location is absolutely excellent. However, unfortunately, the negative experiences we encountered overshadowed this.

The room service certainly did not deliver a 5-star hotel experience. A dirty room, missing towels, and unreplenished water—it was absolutely terrible. Is the breakfast worth the cost? I don't think so. We had to remind the staff repeatedly—and wait half an hour—just to get the cheese platter refilled, almost every single day. The service staff were extremely surly. The telephone in the room wasn't working. Furthermore, they locked the refrigerator at the end of the second day. In summary: It is highly questionable how this hotel managed to earn its 5-star rating with this level of service.
