"Aufgrund der Zimmer würde ich hier nicht unbedingt wieder buchen."

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter außerordentlich freundlich. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Eine sehr große Parkgarage.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein und nicht mehr gut in Schuss. Im Flur hat es stark nach Fäkalien gerochen. Auch die Bäder sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche in der Badewanne ist nicht zeitgemäß und komfortabel.

The location is really convenient close to the city center, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. we'll come back

The electric plugs are not so easy to use in the bedroom and the bedroom is a little bit too small.

"Dirty room definitely not a five star hotel"

Booked this hotel through amex The hotel collection. If they had the hotel listed as a 2 or 3 stars I wouldn't be writing this review, however when a hotel is listed as 5 stars it needs to provide a 5 star service. Part of the hotel collection benefits is an upgraded room and breakfast, this hotel does not provide any of that. The room is small which is typical for the European hotel room but this one was dirty. The carpets are stained and gross. The shower is old and molded and corroded. Our bed sheet had wine stains on it. It was probably one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed at and it should definitely not be listed as five star! The only good thing about the hotel is the location!
