Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel - A Leading Hotel of the World

We travel all around the world and we love hotels like Anantara Place Nice hotel. It was unique in many respects: The view, the food, our room and terrace, the service and friendly staff. Location is excellent. Five stars are simply not enough!

The Anantara Nice did not disappoint.  Upon check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink and then shown to our room.  Luggage was bought up separately.  Our room was luxurious (we selected the garden view) with a view of the garden and the sea.  Very well equipped, spacious with plenty of amenities.  The shower was a huge rainfall cubicle. We arranged trips with the concierge that were booked for us and confirmation sent via WhatsApp. We used the Spa for a steam / sauna which was very relaxing and a nice intimate location to unwind, again with nice amenities available.  We used the rooftop bar on the 6th floor for drinks and breakfast. The bar was extremely expensive, so be aware.  Prices are about double compared to the rest of the city - €104 for 4 gin & tonics!  We were told that we were also paying for the view......not convinced about that. The other issue was at breakfast and the apparent disorganised nature of the staff.  Nobody seem to know what was going on, wrong orders delivered to our table on multiple occasions, not offered water or coffee on arrival and lots of people seeming confused.  The food was nice though. Check out was as seamless as the check-in process.  Great hotel in a great location that we will visit again the next time we are in Nice

I had an incredible experience at the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the exceptional staff. Our room was beautiful, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view of the water. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooftop breakfast was especially impressive. All of the servers were kind and professional, but I’d like to give a special shout-out to Thedjiy, who went above and beyond to make my breakfast experience memorable. He provided excellent recommendations, including the made-to-order French toast, which was absolutely delicious, and checked in periodically to ensure I had everything I needed. Thanks to Thedjiy and the rest of the team, my stay was both enjoyable and unforgettable. We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful hotel again.

Each staff member in this hotel was absolutely amazing and created such a warm and friendly environment. Specifically I would like to call out Youssef who was so friendly and attentive to all our food needs during breakfast .

This hotel is very luxurious and accommodating. Anything you may need they will go above and beyond to facilitate that for you.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel in October 2025. We were there clebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary. My review of this hotel is mixed. Positives: Comfortable room Delicious breakfast in mornings (included in my package) Front door service was excellent - provided us with umbrellas one night when it was raining - nice touch! Negatives: Phone in the room did not work (until it was fixed the last day we were there) Maid service was inconsistent - one day the room was not cleaned other than the bed was made. NOTE: must put towels on floor if you want towels changed out (not unusual but they should tell you this at check-in) Hospitality events they promoted at check-in every day at 5:30 - never took place Hotel wanted to provide "1 free drink" instead of "1 free drink each" which was included in my package - not sure why this happened, but they did provide both free drinks in the end. Coffee in the morning is only served by the hotel staff - easy to get the first cup when you sit down, but very hard to get any refill. Hotel claimed that they wanted to acknowledge our 30 year anniversary, but never did anything. I was not expecting anything, but was surprised that they mentioned this and never followed through.

The hotel was nicely furnished and the rooms were a high spec. Clean and confortable. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was really poor and disappointing on every visit. Unfortunaly this hotel failed to meet out expectations and was not good value for money.
