"Excellent stay — beautiful rooftop and outstanding service"

I had an excellent stay at Anantara Plaza Nice. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels elegant and relaxing. I especially loved the rooftop where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served — the views are incredible and a highlight of the hotel. Our server, Elina, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and service-minded. She truly made the experience even better. Great value and superb service overall. I would definitely stay here again.

"Great hotel with great breakfast service"

Other than a mix-up with our room service meals, the hotel has been a real treat to stay at. We have had great meals and great service for breakfast and I would note one of our servers, yourself, was extremely competent

"Nice location and staff"

Location was best. Staff very friendly and assistive. They even let us have late check out which was very useful. Restaurant at floor 6 has stunning view. Waitress Elina and waiter Yousef were excellent, helpful, friendly with smiles.

"Lovely mornings at Seen"

Elina at Seen by Olivier is exceptionally nice and a pleasure to work with. She is consistently efficient, handling everything quickly and with care. Her helpful attitude made our mornings delightful and the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend asking for Elina if you want outstanding service.

"Excellent Hotel in the Heart of Nice"

Excellent accommodations within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining and historical interests. We did a 3-night stay and can envision coming back for 7-10 days. Fantastic location!

"Disappointing service"

Disappointing service for a hotel of this level. I am a Titanium member and stayed at Anantara Nice for the first time, expecting standard loyalty treatment. Instead, I received only the most basic upgrade and was told to pay over €300 extra for a Sea View room, although the price difference on their own website is around €100. I also asked to simply add my mother’s airport transfer to my room bill (not complimentary), and was told to arrange it elsewhere. Overall, I did not feel welcome at all. Beautiful property, but the service was far below expectations.

"Jazzy rooftop diner. Très chic"

I had an amazing dinner on the rooftop on Thursday (live music night) with girlfriends. Everything was magic: food,cocktails, magnificent groovy jazz band with an amazing girl singer, first class service! Everything exceeded my expectations. I will be back next Thursday definitely.
