Pros~perfect location, very good hotel, good room, good mattress, clean. Cons~ Room 211 very noisy, 1.Tired staff in gereral everywhere, nobody smiled except 2 ladies 2.in house phones nobody bothers to answer, room service, operator, reception. 3.Very noisey refrigerator in room

Highly recommended - beautiful hotel in perfect location. Room spacious and comfortable, well appointed, gorgeous terrace with lovely view, fabulous top floor bar. I ould especially like to commend the service - which has made me feel like a treasured guest. I mistakenly double booked our room and on arrival this was ironed out straight away by front of house deputy manager, despite it being entirely my fault. So grateful for this kindness, which has made a big difference to my stay and highlights the ethos of the hotel, putting guests first

I will be staying here in April. So far I have been very impressed by how helpful the reservation team and front of house manager has been, proactively sorting two issues that were my mistake. Bodes well for the trip

We just got back from a week at the Anantara Plaza Nice with the kids and I have to give a massive shout-out to Elina – she honestly made the whole trip. Every single morning at breakfast she spotted us coming in, flashed that big smile, and had our usual table ready. By day two she already knew my husband is obsessed with their fresh croissants, that I need two espressos to function, and that the kids only want the chocolate pancakes with extra Nutella (no fruit, ever). She’d sneak them little bowls of berries anyway “just in case” and they actually ate them because Elina handed them over, ha! She also saved us one day when our youngest spilled an entire glass of orange juice everywhere – she appeared out of nowhere with a million napkins, calmed the meltdown, and five minutes later had a new pancake on the table like nothing happened. Total superhero. The hotel itself is gorgeous (that terrace view is insane) but Elina is the reason we’re already talking about coming back next summer. If you’re going with family, request her section at breakfast – you’ll thank me later!

Everything was lovely. Location is great. The staff in the restaurant were so nice, Specially Elina, very welcoming. Sunrise from the 6th floor is just beautiful.

We were on an extended cruise with Viking and stayed at the Anantara Plaza for 3 nights. we had such a good time and great accommodations, and look forward to a return trip in the future...
