別サイトで予約していた宿がトラブルで宿泊出来ず、夜中に探して23時半頃チェックインしました。スタッフさんは、私たちの拙い英語にも丁寧に対応してくださり、安心しました。お部屋は広く快適でした。ジャパンタウン目の前にあり、コンビニ？（使ってないけど）も隣にあり立地がよいと思いました。

Location was excellent - quiet and convenient for getting anywhere in San Francisco. Staff went above and beyond at all times and the complimentary morning coffee and ‘wine hour’ was very much appreciated
