Everything felt outdated/ old

A bit outdated decor and damage in the room, wallpapers bathroom and linens with stains

Close to train station.

We were here for an event and arrived late from our flight. The hotel was overbooked and forced us into different rooms with sofa beds instead of 2 full beds, even though we prepaid in full months before. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable, coils sticking out, definitely do not recommend relying on the sofa beds to get any quality sleep. Both rooms had a noise issue where you could hear the elevators going all night, even though they were on different sides of the floor. Staff was not helpful or proactive in resolving the issues.

Breanna at the front desk was great-- nice, efficient, helpful. She was great! Breakfast was delicious! Staff was helpful and food was varied and so good. The room we had was on the 10th floor, and I very much appreciated the elevator that went to 9th and 10th floors only. Cut down on waiting time!

The ice machine was loud across the hall, the AC shut off every time it hit 65 degrees and we would have liked it cooler overnight. Minor issues, overall it was a great stay.

That it was in CT.

I tried 3 rooms (while there for one night) and all were outdated and gross, first room had pubes on the toilet seat. Faux leather lamps peeling and desk chairs had chunks peeled off, couch had stains, carpet had old gum stuck to it, everything should have been replaced 20 years ago. Nothing was thoroughly cleaned, including hallways and elevators, surfaces had greasy fingerprints. Overpriced at $300 for a king room. Parking garage is sketchy and did not feel safe, plus they have the nerve to charge $25 a night for parking and there are no other options.
