The staff was friendly & welcoming. Room was clean. No complaints.

Four elevators all working. Parking was good. Landscaping was nice, plenty room to walk the dogs, dog waste bags and bin was provided. Shower had a good water pressure. Bathroom was clean.

Staff- not very friendly. No smile, some staff ladies should learn not to stare prolonged like that at guests. I was told if I want to leave my room, I have to brings my doggies with me ( they charged me $100!. ) Hotel felt dirty and old, run down. Carpets were gross everywhere, even at reception. Night stand lamps were litterally peeling the material. The breakfast was level 2 motel, and was $27 ! Not included in the room cost. Anyways. Will avoid that place at any cost - overpriced, not worth it

Having been to many Hilton hotels over many years, the hotel receptionist was the rudest most incompetent individual I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. We requested him to book a taxi to pick us up and take to a local restaurant we had booked. The booking was to be one hour frome speaking to him. We duly arrived back in reception to await the taxi. Nothing arrived. Went to ask him when it was likely to come and he said he'd been too busy to book it. When I said he should have booked it he replied that it was my fault for not phoning from my room to check whether he'd done it! My mind is blown at the incomprehensible rudeness of this member of hotel staff....ie to turn his utter incompetence and say it was my fault for not making sure he'd done his job! Sorry Hilton Hotels, you've lost a long time guest.

The hotel is one of the worst I’ve been at. Dirty. There were big stains on the wall, there’s rust all over the bathroom, the safe didn’t work. I had to change rooms. Same issues in the new room. Poor service at the bar, takes a long time to get a drink. Not crowded but could not get attention. Then the property itself had busted locks on the lounge like someone tried to break in. It just went on like that.

When we arrived the room we booked was not available so we were booked in a different room and were credited the difference as well as offered complimentary breakfast. The staff at the desk and also in the breakfast room the next morning was really nice, attentive and customer centered. But that is unfortunately where it ends. Our room was not very clean, the furniture was extremely worn, and the bed not very comfortable. The coffee in the room and at breakfast was really bad, the eggs not enjoyable. I had some blueberries. For what is offered, the hotel is severely overpriced.

Easy to access from main roads

Overpriced, underwhelming. Large lobby with zero atmosphere. Long queues at reception every time we passed. Male who checked us in was abrupt and anything but welcoming. Rooms are dirty and basic. One paper cup in a room for a couple to share. No coffee sachets and only decaf. Nothing to stir with if you happen to take sugar. Bathroom is in need of a good clean and the furniture in the rooms is in need of replacing.

The tv had no children channels at all, online it’s says complimentary breakfast and it’s $25 a person for a limited buffet
